Roar

November 29, 2018

All animals make noises to express themselves. A lion roars, dogs growl and wolves howl, but how much of your animal nature are you able to express?

Guttural sounds enable us to release feelings and emotions that are stored in our gut, allowing us to experience them more deeply. It is a natural and very powerful way of expressing the energy that wants to move through us. It can transmute negative energies. It is a healing, liberating and freeing form of self expression. The voice activates the many energy centres in and around our bodies. It brings about spontaneity and aliveness. Pulling us out of the mind and in to the ever present now moment.

Vocalisation is HIGHLY arousing and stimulating for our lovers too. There is a direct connection between our vocal chords and our genitals.

A lioness will not mate with a lion untill she sees and hears the power of his roar.

So I invite you to get in touch with your own unique self expression. Breathe deeply and allow whatever sounds your innate nature wishes to bring forth.

Growl. Howl. Roar. Let the world hear who you are. Let it know you are here.

Set your inner animal free.

Be more lion.
